A practical checklist before uploading or saving a design.
Which files can I upload?
Product upload paths accept JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 15 MB. Available methods vary by product. Studio photos and logos are limited to 1 MB each. Unsupported formats should be exported to a supported format.
What size should I use?
Select your product size first. The cart and upload tab show its full-bleed dimensions and minimum/recommended pixels. Use Crop & fit to correct proportions without stretching; use a higher-resolution source if the image is too small.
What are bleed and safe area?
Bleed extends the background beyond the trim edge. Keep text, logos and other essential details inside the safe area. Always review the proof for the selected product.
Can I upload later?
Where enabled for the product, choose upload later or design help. Printing stays on hold until the required artwork and proof checks are complete.
Can I reuse my design?
Sign in to save your work to My Projects or My Designs. Reuse creates a separate copy at the current product price and requires a new proof.
